Isn't my darling niece a DOLL?! I created this layout for a 12 x 12 black shadow box that will be displayed in my scraproom. 
I used 5 inch sheer ribbon, folded it in half and stiched it to create the pendants. Then added pink satin ribbon to one. 
The special princess note and patterned paper is from Teresa Collins' new line "Chic Bebe Girl." The lettering is from Storybook cricut cartridge and the flowers are made by me. The black rhinestones are from Queen & Co. and the rhinestones in the flowers are from Stampin Up.

This layout is toooooo precious...and what fab pics...love the patterned paper and color choices....and the tulle looks just fantastic!
