Feliz Cumpleanos! Yes, that's Happy Birthday in Spanish. And since the party was a FIESTA theme, I couldn't resist making a banner for the cake. This was very simple to make and a great way to use up all the bright colored scraps of cardstock I have in my scrap bin. I used the Petite Pennants Punch from Stampin Up and tied them together with Jillibean Soup Twine. I added the red and green ribbon bows to the skewers to give it a finished look.
Here is the completed banner on top of the birthday cake. The cake happens to be a Tres Leches Cake with whipped frosting and it was SUPER YUMMY!!
